They took a couple of weeks of being uncomfortable, as they stretched out, and settled in. The first hour being the worst of it, but they stretched out pretty quickly past the worst bit.
Now they're really comfortable, and I've been wearing them every day.
The one thing I think that could be improved upon is that the soles really don't do well on wet surfaces, and become super slippy. I've gotten used to Vibram soles that handle the wet really well, though, so maybe that's normal for shoes.
This boot shoe was comfortable from the moment I put my foot into it! I wear it every other day to give it a chance to air. It is warm in the cold winter weather, supports my ankles so I love walking in them. The super soft soles are so quiet my dogs don't even hear me coming. Leather is a winner!
They are very comfortable and many friends in Australia have complimented on the way they look. I recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a pair
