Still awaiting for pick up

I love my vellies. I send a mail regarding 2 pairs that I wish to exchange. 1 x 11 for a Size 12 and 1 x 5 for a Size 6. The agent said I must submit my address for return, as I cannot send it back myself. I submit my address, but still wait for pick up to exchange.
