So inconvenienced.

I order this belt 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t been delivered. It states that shipping is 5-7 days. This allowed me to be able to receive it before going away. I now cannot take it away and cannot gift it as it hasn’t arrived. I paid for shipping and was promised a delivery time period that wasn’t upheld. I have emailed countless times and tried to WhatsApp them and have received no response. After commenting on their social media I get a response via email saying I cannot be helped as today is their Christmas staff party. What an absolute joke. Sort your delivery system out. I will never be buying through this company again.
